This cozy lakefront cottage is full of the kind of charm you just can't build anymore. This rental has been thoughtfully refreshed while keeping the character that's made it special for generations. This is a classic Geneva-on-the-Lake cottage located lakefront with amazing Lake Erie views. Enjoy sunsets and beach days from a spacious screened porch, or take a walk on The Strip to see all the town has to offer.

Located at Allen Court Cottages, you'll be close to everything Geneva-on-the-Lake has to offer while still enjoying lakefront views.

Allen Court Cottages was recently taken over by NEW OWNERS in 2026. They are slowly updating and improving this old property with refreshing, new changes. While it may still be a work in progress, you just can't beat the classic Lake Erie vibes this property has to offer.
