New Owners!

Allen Court Cottages & Motel is under new ownership since the 2026 season. (Don't worry! It's just Jesse and Casey, Chuck's son and daughter-in-law.)
We are continuing a family tradition that has welcomed guests to Geneva-on-the-Lake for generations. We’re making thoughtful updates while keeping the charm, character, and familiar cottage feel that guests have loved for years.  And yes — Chuck will still be around enjoying retirement at the lake!

We can’t wait to welcome you back for another great season at the lake. See you this summer!
